What is the Hero Reset and why do I need it? +
The Hero Reset is a 45-60 minute one-on-one consultation with Hillary, our Nurse Practitioner. She takes your vitals, reviews your health history and goals, and builds a personalized wellness plan for you. It's the starting point for every challenge participant because one size fits none — your plan should be built around your body, not a generic program. The $99 fee applies as a credit toward your first program if you enroll.
How does the money-back guarantee work? +
If you follow the full protocol — attend your appointments, take your medication as prescribed, follow your diet and exercise plan, and submit your progress photos — and you don't see measurable results by week 8, we refund your program cost. The $99 Hero Reset fee is non-refundable. This is an adherence-based guarantee, not unconditional, because the protocol works when followed.
Do I have to share my photos publicly to participate? +
No. You submit your before, week 4, and week 8 photos privately to Dr. Hero Medical — they are stored securely and never shared without your written approval. To be eligible for the grand prize, you need to make at least one public post on Instagram or Facebook tagging @drheromedical before July 6. But you can complete the challenge without posting publicly at all.

Is this available via telehealth or online? +
The Challenge is open in-person at our Tampa location (6424 N Armenia Ave) or via telehealth for patients elsewhere in Florida. Telehealth participants receive medication shipped directly. Tell us your preference at your consultation and we'll build the right path for you.
